is this a receiver version of A-224 integrated?

does it use four EL84 output tubes?

should be around 12 - 14wpc or so. i have the A224 "trio" and it sounds really nice.

It could be the receiver version. I'm not sure about the tubes. I would use this with my EV Regency's. What kind of speakers do you use with yours?

looking at the schematic tinkerbelle provided above, your receiver uses 7408/6v6 tubes. but it looks identical without the receiver part.

anyways, i use mine with small electrovoice speakers with horns in a small room. very pleasant sound specially with acoustic jazz and such music. very warm and strong tube characteristics.
