Has anybody heard a Roksan Radius5 MkII?

Yep, it's superb.

I was always a fan of the old Radius, despite a few misgivings about the motor. The new version has addressed this and it spins much more sweetly, steadily and quietly. The already superb Nima is even better, too. All in all it more than justifies its price increase IMHO......
 
I had the original for a few months and didn't care for it much at all - especially, as Beobloke mentioned, the motor. I can't speak to the new v.2 model.
 
IMO it's the best turntable at it's price...and by no smal margin. To my ears it clearly outperforms the VPI Classic, Clearaudio Performance and the ProJect RM10.1. Not sure about the similarly priced Sota, but I'll bet it's probably as good or better.

The new motor is dead quiet.
