Have you heard Class D-based M2Tech Crosby power amp?

Has anyone had any experience using/listening to this Class D amp called M2Tech Crosby?
I believe the amp uses an ICEPower Class D amplification module.

What's the audio signature like?
Any notes on build quality/reliability is much appreciated.

Please do let me know your thoughts. A friend of a friend wants to buy it.
