Head colds...

I whined a little recently about having a head cold, and I'm feeling sorry for myself so I'd like to whine a little more. :sigh:

Stuffy, sniffly, congestion. Only one nostril open at a time... I can live with most of that for awhile, but the worst part is that my ears are gummed up! Music just isn't that fun! I keep trying to "pop" my ears, but it's not happening. Guess I'll just have to hole up and turn off the system for a day or two...

Holy smokes, I thought it was just me! I've got sniffles, a cough that just won't quit, I feel like $hit. Because of the coughing, I'm lucky to get 3 hours sleep a night; apparently I pass out from exhaustion. This is going on two weeks now. :cry:

Been there, done that. On some of the world's dumpiest airlines too, before they made the cabins smoke-free!

In fact, on one particular Indonesian airline, the flight attendants would pass out boxes of complimentary clove cigarettes just before take-off! Once the "no-smoking" light went off, WHOOOOSH!! Smoke city!

I had the plague for about two weeks solid last month. Had to sleep sitting up because of the congestion and the violent coughing.:drool: It took me a full month to shake all of the symptoms. As of yesterday, it's back.:sigh:
