Headphone amplifier - 5670(WE396A)+EL95 SE.

Hello,
It's my first attempt to build my own amplifier. I like the sound of my Philips AG9016, and EL95 so i've found project with tubes: 5670+EL95 - look at attached pictures.

And it's time to ask you, more experienced:
1) can i use one choke 2H/175Ohm for both channels, or it should be one per channel?
2) power transformer - can it be 200V secondary?, could it give about 260V after rectifiing?

It looks like a single choke for each channel. Have you tried to message the seller of the board? As for the power transformer, what's the voltage rating for the primary side? You can see on the PCB it has solder pads for two 2 Henry inductors. A Toroidal transformer would work here. The power transformer needed for this board doesn't use a center tap.
No drawing for a power supply for this board?

Sometimes these Chinese sellers will also sell power supply boards and or power transformers for the amp kits and boards. It might be worth messaging the seller and ask. I built a small tube preamp and the seller did have the right power transformer for it, but didn't list it as an option in the preamp board listing.
