LP gear make great headshells! What kind of tonearm is it though. I got an LP headshell and it seems a bit too light for my arm. I should have gone for the heavier model.

Have to say I wasn't overly impressed with the headshell wires he sent me. Sound very tinny :thumbsdn:

The original Pioneer PL-12 arm... The whole lot is a bit lightweight to be honest
 
If you need something a bit heavier -- around 10 grams -- then stop by your local Guitar Center and grab a Stanton H4S V2 for $11. The headshell mass is slightly less than 10 grams, and it also includes 2g and 4g screw-in weights.
