Hegeman Audio HAPI preamp

Could someone please shed some light on this Stu Hegeman preamp? I assume it differs from the HAPI 1 as this does not have a number?
Is it only MM?
I haven't found much info after a bit of googling, not even another photo, so any info would help

Heard a Hegeman preamp back in the late 70's (or so it seems). I don't think it used an ic like the one in your photos, I believe it was discrete. Later I read that Peter Aczel liked it a lot. I think he was a friend of Stu Hegeman. Hegeman designs were always on the unique side, but good sounding. Finding a ps for the unit will be super hard to do, but probably worth the effort...

Yeah I know a ps for this is needle in a proverbial haystack but stranger things have happened. I like the uniqueness of the hegeman designs so far as I've seen. Maybe some day I'll get a chance to hear through this as well
