Many, many times for business - never as a tourist. I was a furniture, homewares and garden importer and about a third of what we brought into Australia was from Bali and Java. I generally worked with small unique businesses.

My experience of the Balinese is that they are anything but 'common people'. I think they are extraordinary people tolerant, generous, polite and hard working.
