it seems they were more worried about the casinos. after all, how else can mississippi pick the last penny out of their residence`s pockets?

the casinos was their first pryority, i never could understand that.
all the money that was promised from the casinos to build schools and roads went into mississippi`s pocket.
when i was there, they built one high school in biloxi and was widening lorraine road. that was after about 8 years or more of being on the coast.
they did get the biloxi to ocean springs bridge and the bridge from pass christian to bay st. louis built pretty quick after Katrina. i guess i can give then that.
