Hi guys! I'm italian, 27 years old, and I'm new into old turntable world...I started loving it after listened to an old Dual 1229 that was not used for years! I hope to learn more about these machines here, having fine hours with all of you!

Welcome! What part of Italy are you from? I briefly lived in Asolo (not too far from Venice) when I was in graduate school, and I've visited Rome, Florence and Milan. It's a beautiful country you have. :)
 
The only Eye-Talian I know is...Maserati Bora... Lamborgini Countach...Ferrari Spyder...Gina Lolobrigida...Sophia Loren...****, those last 2 are all you REALLY need to know, right there...(grin)
 
I'm from Napoli, I suppose you all know it for pizza, mandolino, pulcinella, some old songs and...women!!!

@Sam Cogley: I was in Venezia on October 30th, it was my second time there...a really nice and romantic city! Such as Roma and Milano, anyway...!

@ Hula Pie: no problem, do you wanna trade some good wine with an SL-1200? :-)
