Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum and also somewhat new to hi-fi audio. I guess you could say I'm just another person starting out on the journey towards stereo Nirvana. I've always been a big fan of vintage gear, silverface pioneer especially. I've also recently become a born-again vinyl fan. It's amazing really, the difference in quality between clean vinyl on a well tuned turntable and CD. There's no comparison as far as I'm concerned.

Anyway, I hope to find a lot of help and info on this forum, as well as contribute whatever little I know.

Wecome Wilbo 09, I started 42 years ago and joined this forum a month ago, if they had a fourm like this in the 1980's would not had thrown out my big 15in JBL's and may more vintage equipment.

Welcome to AK!

Its great to have people from Mississippi on AK!

I'm from Columbus, about 65 miles south of you.

WE ARE PLEASED TO HAVE YOU! We Kentuckians thank you for being around as well! Lovin me some Tupelo honey!

Birthplace of Elvis I hear.
Welcome and Hello.
Are you new to Tupelo or been there a long time?
Was actually considering a possible job down there.

Thanks everyone. To herbd2, I've lived in Tupelo all my life. It's a pretty nice town. Sometimes being the birthplace of Elvis Presley is the only thing we're known for. :)
