First off, I'm a millennial. Almost all the music I've heard in my life has been compressed and processed by multiple different computers. And I'm trying to change that.
I've just invested in first system and I've joined this forum to help me on my new analogue adventure. I am loving listening to music this way! I host a weekly radio show on my local college radio station playing mostly post punk and new wave from the 70's and 80's, and have recently decided to stop using the computer in the studio and go analogue! At the moment that involves making mix tapes on cassette as my vinyl collection is quite small at this moment.
I recently came upon my setup at a goodwill-type store and will be making a post soon in the setup section with the hopes to find out a little more about it, which I'll link to here.
Happy to be here, cheers!

Welcome! You can have a lot of fun here, and also learn along the way. I hope the analog conversion goes well on your radio show.
