Hi There,
I've been a long-time lurker. I grew up with an audiophile "HiFi" dad. He was a McIntosh and JBL guy, owning a pair of D130's with the .075 ring radiator built into custom cabinets.....

I grew up with a pair of JBL LE8 speakers given to me by my grandfather. They have been in a number of installations throughout the years and have been re-coned once by JBL in 1984. Recently, I had the foam surrounds replaced. Currently restoring a pair of JBL C48 Madison cabinets that will contain my LE8 pair.

Looking forward to learning more from this group.

Question for you about Northridge California, how do you secure your audio equipment & speakers etc ?

January 17th 1994 Northridge earthquake was pretty bad . .. .
