Hello,

My name is Doug from Omaha, NE and I'm happy to have joined this forum. I've been getting back into the audio hobby after a layoff of 20 years.

Currently I'm active in ham radio, mostly DXing and contesting using morse code. I'm also learning to play the guitar along with my two talented daughters. They've been at it for almost 3-years, but I started only a few months ago at the age of 46. This has re-kindled my interest in the audio hobby.

I'm strictly low budget with a small mancave for space. My current system sounds fine, but is boring in character and would like to spice it up. I'm looking at incorporating some of what I already have and add some newer stuff to build three basic systems: vintage vinyl, modern, and a headphone only system.

So I look forward to learning a lot at Audiokarma!
