Hello all!

I'm a newbie from Asheville, NC with lots to learn. The only way I could describe myself is a Mid-Fi, wannabe audiophile with a passion for music, but tragically shallow pockets. I've been lurking around here for a while, and decided to take the plunge. I look forward to learning all I can from you folks :banana:

Have fun here on AK...just think how many different systems you could have if you had a place as big as The Biltmore in Asheville! That one of my favorite stops. I am sure I would never hear "Those speakers are too big!" if I had rooms like those...
 
welcome, indeed..you live in my favorite city in this wonderful country...motorcycling heaven..I used to be there when the gates were unlocked every spring up on the Parkway there...then The Tail of the Dragon got discovered....Deales Gap used to be deserted..enjoy the site, its amazing!

70salesguy, you're not kidding about the craigslist posts. It's all I can do not to buy every other pair of speakers on there sometimes. Too bad I live in a 2 bedroom bungalow, or I'd have enough room to convince SWMBO that we needed multiple systems in the house!
