Had someone refer me to this place and am looking forward to being apart of the community!

My set up thus far:

Dual1225 Turntable - Shure M95ED Cartridge
Sony TAE 5450 Pre Amp
Bose 1801 Power Amplifier.

Computer speakers for now LOL

Welcome fellow Torontonian. Computer speakers + 1801 amp. You may want to consider maker speakers a priority.

Good start. Check Craigslist, and even Freecycle for some speakers. When I lived in T.O. Vortex Records at Yonge & Eglinton and Peter Dunn's Vinyl Museum in Mimico used to be great places. Are they still there?
 
Hey Everyone,

Thanks for the warm welcome! Don't worry I'm not using my 1801 right now with comp speakers that would be bad. I actually have a pair of Yamaha NS-10M's but those are out of commission thus far. A friend recommended JBL L100's especially for the kind of music I listen to (blues etc). Hope to save up to get me a pair.
