I’m a HVAC/R mechanic by day and an aspiring wannabe radio mechanic by night…
I’m currently designing and building a new bench (incorporating all the knowledge I gained from the mistakes I made from the first bench I built…).
Very happy to have found AK as trying to discuss anything electronics with most people is like trying to discuss commercial refrigeration repairs with an accountant…
When I finish the new bench the next project will be a new 3-in-1 custom isolation transformer / variac / dim bulb tester that I have been collecting parts for in the last two months, followed by a capacitor leakage tester that I also have collected parts for.
If only I didn’t have to go to work I could get to all my electronics projects…
Feel free to AMA as I’m sure I’ll be asking everyone a lot of questions too.
