Welcome to AudioKarma. I'm a bit new here too and have found it to be a great resource. Funny to run across your thread just now. I'm looking for foam surrounds for some Polish made Tonsil speakers. Haven't had much luck here in the U.S.
Any ideas?

Welcome to AK! Sounds like a perfectly good setup to me. I have an HK680i that is problematic too, I think they all are -- Hokieman has good advice on that. But they are great receivers.
