Help. Accidentally dropped needle on record. Blown amp result

Best approach here may be to find an appropriate substitute -- i.e., nominally the same ratings, and ideally a matched pair in a common package -- in a conventional package and solder it in.

Off-hand, no. Unfortunately, finding an appropriate substitute is a rather slow process of reading product datasheets and/or supplier catalogues to find roughly matching substitutes, and then narrowing those down to a few candidates.

It's a two-transistor BJT (bipolar junction transistor) array of a complementary pair, and a fairly high Vcbo (100volt) and Vceo (50volt), so that's the general category of what you'll be looking for.

50v Vceo is probably the critical number here, and that seems to be readily available. They're cheap enough that it's worth a shot, and you're no worse off if it doesn't work.

Make sure the pinout is compatible.
