Hi all,
I have been lurking for a while, and have been interested in tube radios for a while. I have been taking fledgling steps toward learning how to do simple re-caps, but reading schematics is still proving to be difficult for me. I work better with a person, not starting at a computer screen, but I don't know anyone in my area (Bristol, RI) who knows how to service tube radios. I am looking for someone in my area who would be able to show me the ropes, simply, and get me on a solid footing for effectively reading schematics. I am of modest means but would be willing to pay for someone to help me; I feel somewhat lost and would love the tutelage of someone who's been around and knows how to interpret. I am proficient at soldering. Thank you!
