Well, how about if they simply put us in charge of Vintage Audio? Although, I have to admit, "The Department of Homeland Audio" just sounds too bureaucratic. Imagine the waits at airports. "Sir, put down that iPod and step over to the re-education booth!"
No, I guess it would never work. Maybe we should just keep it like it is.
