Help! Celestion CSW Mk II

A thrift store find. Bass reflex powered sub with one 8" driver. Not sure how to hook it up. Anyone have a manual? On the back are 2 pair of RCA jacks marked Line In and Line Out. Also 4 pair of speaker connectors, marked RIGHT OUT TO SPEAKERS, RIGHT IN FROM AMPLIFIER, LEFT OUT TO SPEAKERS and LEFT IN FROM AMPLIFIER.

I'm guessing this is like other plate amps, where the RCA input is the signal from the preamp and the RCA out is for daisy chaining to the satellite power amp. The speaker connections would be for an alternate hookup method: Signal from main amp's speaker outs goes to the sub in, then out to satellites.

It would be nice to know exactly what Celestion had to say. A scan of the manual would be great.

Have not tried this out yet. I may be looking for a service manual or schematic.

Anyone have any experience with this? Seems well built.
Info I've found:
  • Made in England.
  • Power output: 150 watts RMS
  • Frequency range: 80Hz to 120Hz
  • Dimensions:254 x 521 x 451 mm (Width x Height x Depth)
  • Weight:18.6 kg Year:1997

I’ve had one for a few months now.
Mine goes down to just below 40Hz, then drops off rapidly.

I have been unsuccessful myself in locating a user or service manual.

I think I re-capped mine. You can replace the caps with the same values. Mine was missing one dront panel so I made new ones out of oak to match the solid oak Zaph designed single driver satellites.
