Help connecting my system... I know it sounds stupid

Hello everyone.
Here a dumb question.
I'm running into a problem. Here is the pieces of equipment involved
Onkyo HT-RC560 used as Bluetooth device
Rotel rc 1070 preamplifier
Akai gx 280d ss quad reel to reel
Sanusi qr6500 quad reciever.
Oppo dv 980h used as cd player
Benjamin miracord turntable
Audiotechnica turntable
Nyles 2125 and 250 amplifiers
Infinity rs4b speakers
And altec capri speakers.

The problem I'm running into is. I would love to keep the quad capability of the sansui
But I love the way the rotel preamplifier sound. Is there a way to connect all of this stuff together keeping the 4 channel but somehow including the rotel preamplifier without damaging anything. I guess my main concern is that I know I can hook a preamplifier to a preamplifier. Since the sansui has preamplifier output. I figure i could use it as a preamplifier to control both of the amplifiers.

Thanks in advance.

yes it does
It has 2 stereo tape out and a 4 channel tape out. This one i would be using to record reel to reel tapes on quad mode
So if I understand correctly I can use the tape out to hook the rotel preamplifier.

I'd run the turntables into the pre-amp and run that into the Aux on the receiver. then connect the two amplifiers to the pre-outs of the 6500.
