[HELP] Denon DRA-800H bricked after OTA update — need USB firmware file

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here can help me out. My Denon DRA-800H got bricked after an automatic OTA firmware update.

Symptoms:
Wi-Fi completely dead after update finished
All network menu items greyed out / inaccessible
Firmware version field shows blank (no version displayed)
Unit powers on fine, analog audio works

What I've already tried:
Full factory reset
Network reset
Firmware Factory Restore button combo (ZONE2 SOURCE + SPEAKER + POWER) — hung for 2+ hours, nothing happened
Checked avr-repair.online — DRA-800H is not in their catalog

Denon does not publicly provide firmware files for HEOS network models
I need the USB firmware recovery file for the DRA-800H.

I've seen posts where people received firmware files here after asking — any help would be hugely appreciated. Willing to try any version that works.

You unfortunately likely need to send it to a Denon factory service center. Search for a listing. And ask if they can repair one.
