help finding a relay replacement

I have a noisy relay that I think needs to be replaced. Marked "Sanu UPM-22012". It a reed relay. I am not sure what the voltage is on this. Perhaps someone know about these. This is in a Rotel RX-1603 and switches the head phones in and out. A direct drop in replacement would be nice but I could cook up an adapter board if needed. It makes a small pop or snap in one channel when it activates.

Are you sure? I've never had a reed relay go bad.
Otherwise I doubt a drop in exists, you'll have to wire it differently.
 
I had a Pioneer SX-1050 where the reed relay went bad. Was fortunate to find the correct replacement.

Well, you can't clean these. I suspect it is dirty. I can't explain the noise in just one channel and only on the headphones... on actuation. The RX 1603 is loaded with relays. One for PS, One for protection circuit, one for each speaker out (A.B,C), one for headphones. There are two reed relays in the tuner section as well. The headphones are the last relay to engage. I could live with it. The pop is subtle and not something that going to cause problems. But since I have this unit apart I figure... go for it.
