Help finding transistor 2SC1345 ?

Finally got around to installing the surplus (4) 2SC1345 LNA NPN transistors I found in what looks like the first stage of the Main amp of my KR-4200 Receiver. When looking at the circuit board more closely it looks like some repair work was done at some time in the past. Also (1) transistor of each of the Left and Right channel was different....on the Left (Q1) it was 2N3707 and the same transistor on the right channel (Q2) was ECG289A. Whoever did the repair must of used whatever NPNs they had laying around that were "similiar" ? I have not looked up the specs yet of these (2) transistors to see if they are replacements. Anyway it appears like the main amp is working good with no noise.
