Help finding wierd spanner screw?

I have a Sony DAS-703ES DAC and it has a glass window held on by these odd spanner-head screws. One is missing, but I'd like to replace them all since they are worn. Any idea on if I could find an exact replacement somewhere? Or maybe some of those regular screws with the really flat heads (front and back)?

I don't know anyone who sells these screws. If it were me, I'd investigate two paths:
1) find a similar piece of equipment that is both cheap and local and use it as a screw donor
2) find a local machine shop who likes dealing with weird projects. They can make this screw for you. The challenge will then be to find the correct metal stock, or to find an anodizer who can match the finish of the existing screw.

Option 1 will get you the thing you need, likely for $20 at the local thrift shop. Option 2 will introduce you to a lot of interesting folks and be an educational journey.

They are supposed to be 'tamper-proof' - so these are tamper-proof spanner slotted screws.

A bit more searching should provide you with a supplier for one to match what you have (change them all?) - you might have to buy a significant quantity - 50 or 100 though.
