Help getting in touch with Vintage Stereo Restorations / QRX Restore

Hi! After a long wait time I had my Sansui AU-9900 sent to Vintage Stereo Restorations AKA QRX Restore. Just got it back in June and sadly it has the same issues it had before I sent it in (Left/right side dropping out, distortion, scratchy sounding knobs, etc.) along with a couple new more minor problems.

Does anyone here know how to actually reach them? They were slow but responsive via email while I was in the queue and also during repair time but now they haven't responded to my emails, or the voice messages left on their phone. I'm hoping to talk to them about reaching a amicable solution but I can't find them.

Well, it's now been almost 2 months since they finished restoring my AU-9900 and I am still waiting. Received one email in August stating I would be hearing from a tech but that has not yet happened.

Not saying they aren't reputable but sharing my experience so far which isn't great having waited a year in line, paid the money and received my receiver back with the same issue as before plus a couple new ones.

If anyone here has a better way of getting in touch with them I would appreciate the help even just getting an understanding of when or if they intend to help me out.

Hey, I did a full restore with them as well 10 years ago and was never 100% happy. Started having issues less than a year later and now is just as bad as when I first got it. I paid for the whole restoration including the holy grail alignment, etc. They have never responded to me either, multiple attempts. I have a large quad LP collection and want my QRX-999 working (again). Looking for other options. Nobody wants to touch it.

Closing the loop here they did eventually get back to me and I shipped the unit back to them. They kept it for quite a while and both found and fixed the issue and it's been great since I received it back. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

They did apologize for the delays and apparently had some changes in personnel, etc. Seems to be getting harder and harder to repair this stuff.
