Help Identify Mysterious Cartridge

Hi! I found this cartridge at goodwill last week. It was in a Audio Technica AT12Sa package so I thought I was making a deal (I read on this forum that although they are old, these are quite decent cart). However, I don't think the cartridge is actually an AT12Sa (probably not even an Audio Technica).

There is no markings except Made in Japan... Any clue?

It sure do! But there is no AT logo on the front.

could be a clone of an AT, or maybe an OEM un-badged one?

Radio Shack sold a version of the stylus (ATN771E).
