Help identify Tempest loudspeakers

Hi there!

I am trying to identify these speakers but it looks like there is nothing out there, can someone help me out?
Only thing they seem to say is Tempest, unknown drivers etc etc
Should I try to buy them?

Never seen them before, the legs are pretty cool.

Looks they are already sold, seller told they were rated at 10w and 16ohm...
