Help Identify This Cover or Envelope (Black Light)

Hello all,
Yesterday I brought home 3 boxes of record alblums. 1 box mixed soul, funk, jazz, techno and disco;
2 boxes of 80's records. Good ones. Mixed in the stack was this by itself....a vintage black light style poster that's a envelope or record cover jacket or record protector. The only lettering says "Mary Nord" on the bottom right. Does anyone know about this item? Please help .

Perhaps a Christmas envelope made specifically to house a record given as a gift to Mary Nord.

That's interesting. Kind of "Peter Max'ish", isn't it. Couldn't find anything on an image search or related to "Mary Nord" + Album art, three wise men, album cover, etc.

You said it wasn't in a box or anything, just loose?

Yea. It was loose mixed in a box of used 80's records I bought. It caught my eye because its slighty larger than a LP cover so it stuck out. When I removed it to see what it was, I got excited it was a vintage black light poster (so I thought)…… I already own a few posters from NY's Third Eye. Then I thought it was a albums cover or a folder for a set of albums but none of the records seem to go with it. I'm thinking its just a cool folder or a gift "bag" for records. Maybe something from a head shop?
My research for "Mary Nord" or anything closely related yielded nothing too. Strange.

Wild guess….is it related to anything Atari? Board games? School notebooks?
