Help identifying a part WE Cap?

Found a small box of these but need some help identifying...

Unusual lettering and #'s for WE. Most older WE capacitors I have seen start with a K in the part #. I have never seen a W.E. I have seen a lot of WE electronic parts and almost all begin with a K-(xxx) part #. Let me say this is old Bell Telephone #'s. I could be wrong about the one pictured.

Forgot to add you have a great system.

That is not a cap. It is a 1% 2 watt resistor. These seem to show up in your area, as I bought out an estate of a WE engineer in WS and he made up a sample board that shows this. Here is a picture. Kirk

I've actually been in the three story underground bunker that was once the WE facility in WS in the cold war days. Lots of interesting history there that most people never knew about...

Never been inside the old plant, but have seen lots of WE stuff come out of WS. Kirk
