Help Identifying a Pickering Cartridge/Stylus

Hopefully we have a Pickering expert or two out there in AK Land. The cartridge is labeled XV-15. The stylus, however, has no identifying model numbers on it. Where the numbers usually are on a Pickering stylus, all that appears is a gold colored ellipse. I'm assuming this means that the stylus is elliptical.

Any idea which Pickering stylus this is?

This stylus is a 4500 AME, black stylus with gold ellipse.
Stereo/Mono 3/4-1 1/2p, diamond 7,5x22µ elliptical
