Help identifying a turntable, please.

I've seen this a few times in my social networks and I'm very curious to learn what make/model this turntable might be.

I've done numerous reverse image searches to no avail.

I've also posted on r/turntables and it was suggested to post here. Not sure that it is ai generated, though maybe it could be ... (Assumed the background blur just came from good depth of field from the photographer ... though I could be fooled)

Might be an AI generated image? The tonearm looks very strange and slightly melted... also, the "titles" on the records in the shelf the turntable sits on don't actually look like writing, but rather writing-like scribbles typical of AI generated images.
 
If it is real, it's probably entry-level at best. There's not a lot of space for quality components or sonic wattage. The speed buttons look smashed which makes me think it's not real.
