Help identifying mystery Clairtone

[reneem]

Curious if anyone could help identify which Clairtone console this is? It’s apparently one of the later models, according to the seller. Seems like I rare find because I can’t find anything on it. Appreciate any help.

What's on the back or inside , label or number wise? A Pic of back panel seems to be missing.

Ok I just picked it up and got the model number on the back now! Would love to learn more about the history of it if anyone is familiar with the model

Web search the info on the labels, you should find out about everything but it's ownership history.
Is everything functional with it?Good luck!
