Help identifying replacement stylus!

I’ve got an old replacement stylus that my grandfather left me and I’m trying to figure out of it’s any good and what cartridge should be used with it.

It’s an Ortofon stylus that says "DUAL" and "DN163E". Simple enough, when I search for that it seems like a low-end stylus for the Ortofon Dual series. But I can only find a DN165E on Ortofons web page, is this an older version? Furthermore, the box says Stylus 30. But isn't that a (pretty high-end) replacement stylus for the OM-series?

Any ideas what this might be? Just a curve ball with a cheap stylus in an expensive box?

I think the DN163e was lower end, such as for the OM5. Likely an upgrade was made to the 30 at some point so the 163 ended up in the box.

IB: The ULM63E was the stock cartridge for the CS503-2, and as Monctcat already suspected, its DN163E practically was a renamed OM needle 5E, just like the DN165E practically was a renamed needle 10 and the DN166E a more highly compliant variant thereof, while the DN168E practically was a renamed needle 20 (initial version).

So it indeed wouldn't seem unlikely, that it came from someone, who upgraded his ULM63E with a needle 30.

Greetings from Munich!
