At least the top part/mounting frame would look to belong to one of the numerous "Designer Series" models, originally equipped with the NDC-EJ, -ED or -HE needles. A "110S" doesn't even appear on Shure's pretty extensive cross compatibility list (onlly a 100S), so I can't tell, which NDC needle it originally came with.

It looks like the cartridge body could be bad. Can you take a picture of the lower part of the cartridge body from the back? Do you have a DMM that could be used to at least confirm coil resistance on both channels, before going to the trouble of buying a new stylus?

Assuming that the specific cartridge in the photo is electrically intact...
The Designer Series was a strange marketing-driven OEM lineup and worth a search or two, but it's just an M95 with a fancier mounting cap and fanciful/meaningless model numbers. If you trim off the overhanging plastic from the cap before you glue it back on, you can literally use any styli meant for an M95 or M97. The SS35C stylus in the photo will work too, and so will an SS39ED or even an N97LT. The same even goes for the Radio Shack/Realistic 8X stylus.
Exception to the above anything-will-fit rule: While you could use the N15 stylus from yet another Shure marketing exercise, it would itself need some trimming of its comically large "wings":
