Help identifying tonearm

I have a tonearm in my parts bin which doesn’t have any identification on it, so I was hoping someone here can help identify it for me. It seems to have a couple of missing parts including the anti skating weight but I’d like to get this up and running to possibly use on my TD-124. Let me know what you think!

The internet seems to think it's a Jelco arm that came stock on a Rotel RP-1500.
