Help identifying vintage 78 cartridge please

This lives on a Gates 16in turntable / Gray 103-SL arm that I've had for some time and I've not been able to identify the cartridge / stylus assembly.

Can anyone identify it please and also point me in the direction of a similar cartridge that I can use to play early mono LPs with.

It's a Pickering (PC = Pickering Cartridge?). Not sure the exact model but perhaps the S140S?

And it's stylus is not user replaceable. It's Pickering's first cartridge. Easiest option to play both, GE VR II (which works well on 78 RPM, and early pre 1955 LP discs in mono).
