Help identifying vintage British tonearm

Hi everyone. I recently inherited a number of audio related items from my late father. Among these was a SME 3012 tonearm, but there was also another tonearm that looked very very similar to the 3012, but it doesn't have an SME logo anywhere on it, and there are some slight differences. The only marking on it is a "made in England" logo underneath it. Aside from that there is no text, no logos. I would be most appreciative if someone could help me identify it - photos below.

Looks a lot like an SME.

It does look very similar to the 3012 I have but it does seem slightly different...

That's a very early round gimbal SME 3012.
