If they have the SL2000 tweeters, they are RTA-12C's. Nice speakers.

You can always low ball. Maybe start at $150 and find a happy ground.

My son's piano teacher had a pair of those and I used to stare at them while I waited for his lesson to finish.
They're the ones with the "hats", as I called them before I knew the model.

Never heard them but told the piano teacher that if he ever thought about selling them to call me first.

Well, you can pay them (Ebay) to get the info, or you can use a third party to supply the info (also costs)... I sell books and use a service that can reach back 90 days, for a good average price... but as we all know, experience is the most valuable teacher. I once sold a $90 collectors copy of Benjamin Graham's "The Intelligent Investor" for 7.99. Boy was that guy happy! :tears: Live and learn:yes: And the rest is from Google and Club Polk.. nice guys over there too.

Yeah, I'm a member over there, too. For years, Ebay used to go back a lot farther. I wonder why they thought they needed to change it? Oh well...

They didn't need to, they just figured out a way to monetize it. 90 days would be great, but at least when I signed up, registration for Mpire Researcher was free, and that gives me 30 days, which is more than enough for my purposes. I think it does comparison shopping-type stuff, so they must get some kickbacks off those sales and provide the extended eBay history as a loss leader of sorts.

Thanks for the help IDing. I think Richmond is too far out of the way for me to get down there, but I'd be curious to at least demo them. Anyone who's heard this model care to comment?
