Help needed Biasing a Mcintos MAC 4100

I'm trying to bias my McIntosh MAC 4100. The service Manual says to Adjust operate the MAC 4100 at 120 V with no signal. Measure the AC Line input power (Approx 40 watts) etc. etc. Can someone shed some light on where I should be making this measurement? The specifics are on page 9.
