Help needed to identify Grado Cartridge

Hello friends.. I have chance to pick up Grado wood cartridge with SR printed on the top of the cart. Cart has 200 Hrs on it and Seller says that SR means statement reference. I see that most of the Sonata reference are marked as SR. What is it?

The first letter is the type........Reference, or Statement. The second letter is the level ie platinum, sonata, master, reference

SR is a Statement Reference. RS is a Reference Sonata.
