Help Needed: Verifying Authenticity of Vintage Pioneer S-J310V Speakers (Made in Japan)

Hi everyone,

I recently acquired a pair of vintage Pioneer speakers, model S-J310V, and I'm trying to determine whether they are 100% authentic originals.

The back label indicates they are "Made in Japan" by Pioneer Electronic Corp., with a maximum power of 65W and an impedance of 8 Ohms. I am attaching a photo of the rear specification plate, which shows the Serial No. NH 15305 and Part No. SAN 1739-A.

Since there is no public database to look up these older serial numbers online, I would highly appreciate it if the vintage audio experts here could help me verify them.

Does the labeling, font, and layout look correct for a genuine Japanese-made Pioneer from that era?

Are there any specific internal or external details I should check (like driver markings or cabinet construction) to confirm their authenticity?

Also, if anyone has any catalog info or personal experience regarding the history and sound profile of this specific model, I’d love to hear it!

I can't imagine that someone would make a copy of these speakers; they're not a particularly noteworthy model. They were actually sold as part of a rack system. If the drivers look like the originals (and based on other pics online, they do, at least to me) then they are probably the genuine article.
