Help on getting this part! Audio Technica AT-140XP

Hello everybody. To make the story short my Audio Technica AT-LP140XP died after presenting a lot of motor rumble. The platter won't spin after pressing Start. I got it serviced and the repairman told me the chip labeled M05R5VLF (IC301) was faulty.

I bought said chip from china on 3 separate times but the 3 came without working.

So my question is as follows: does anyone know a good site where they sell said chip (M05R5VLF) that assures it's working and will work as intended. Repairman said it's just that chip's fault and when replaced turntable will work again.

Thanks in advance

Sadly enough I live on south america so sending them the turntable would be as expensive as buying a new one. I also tried contacting official Audio Technica support but they'll only sell parts listed on the web.

Thanks for the reply
