Help: Phillips GA-312 Intermitent start issues

Hello everyone! I have a GA-312 for about 3 years now, yesterday it started showing a weird issue, when i select the rotation, it won't start by itself, but if i give it a gentle push, it starts moving. Note that it doesn't occur everytime, sometimes it spins normally when prompted, without needing a push.

Rotation speeds seems fine, another functions like stop and autostop works fine too.

Someone have a clue on how to solve?

here is a video showing the issue: imgur.com/a/ga312-AQ2l5rX

Start with replacing the belt! OR

try turning the belt over so the motor spindle is contacting a new surface. Good chance the side being used is glazed front age and use.

Either way its time for a new belt
