Help please. Rotel RB-990BX offset

Just purchased a Rotel RB-990BX amp.
Before installing it into my system and to avoid potential damage I checked the DC offset.
Numbers fluctuating on both channels, these are average mv readings
Right channel 4.0 mv
Left channel 55.0 mv.
Big difference of about 10 times higher reading for the right channel.

Is this indicative of a serious problem?
Safe to use?
Should I consider returning it to the seller?
Or having it checked by a tech?

Any help appreciated.

Mine reads 17 millivolts on each side.

Petehall347 and tubed, thanks for chiming in.

My concern is the big difference between the two channels. In addition, the dc offset thread opening post says above 50mv is not great.
Seller said it was in "working condition" and he had been using it. I have no reason to not believe that is true.
It was packed very well, he took great care in packaging it and it arrived extremely quickly.
I want to keep it and am willing to have a tech look at it IF NEEDED.
Or is it fine as is and I can insert it into my system with no worries?

try running it for 20 minutes then check offset again whilst its still warm ..see if it goes up or down ..my bet it goes down some ..

I let it run about 25 minutes, then got these readings.

Right 5.8 mv
Left 55.3 mv.

Ok, I did some listening last night and this morning.
Everything seems to be working fine.
I am using an MCS 3125 as a pre amp at this point.
The Rotel is a nice amp, I am hearing more midrange detail and a bit more top end definition than through the 3125 alone.
Soundstage seems a bit fuller as well.

Been using the Rotel, sounds good, but now have another question.

When turned off, after a few seconds there is a squealing sound produced from the left speaker (which is also the channel with the high-ish dc offset).
Internet search shows that is common with Adcom amps in particular.
Should I be concerned or is it not a problem?
