I have a Frazier "micro acoustic tuner" I can't find anything anywhere.
someone please shine some light on this for me. what is it. what's it for, any place in the dark recesses of the web hold knowledge about this strange artifact?

only acoustic tuners i know are for guitars ..that thing looks like some sort of patch bay .. no idea how it works or what might be missing .
 
Since Frazier made PA amps, I'm guessing this might be a host chassis for plug-in filters used to fine-tune acoustic response in theaters and the like.
 
BinaryMike and sheltie dave are both likely on the right target- some sort of response-shaping device (i.e, equalizer) with plug in modules, I think. Looks like something that would be used between a signal source/buffer amp, and a power amp.
