Denon TT DP-35F with Van Den Hul MM-1 Cart

What's this little table worth? is it a decent, solid player? Don't know much about the cart or Denon TT's, they seem to have a good rep around AK. Guy is selling for $120

I know the VDH cartridges used to have a very high rep. I just saw another Denon TT exactly like that at a used electronics store that I was going to consider laying my hands on. Just about anything of the recent vintage era with Denon's name on it is quality stuff.
