Help threading the guide rope of Realistic Lab-1500

I picked up a Realistic Lab 1500 (Hitachi L33 clone) for pennies on the dollar and all functions worked. The linear tracking was spotty/sporadic and only went forward/back a few centimeters. Given it's state, I knew the tracking was all jammed up with black gunky grease from prior TT repair experience. I repaired Technics SL linear TT's but am new to Realistic. I wanted to use this as a garage/shop cheap TT.

I am stuck at rethreading the guide rope for the linear tracker into the main pulley/worm gear. Does anyone have an idea/instructions/pics/vid of how to do this pls. Ty so much in advance.

Only mentions I could find of similar issues are (I reached out to the Op's but yet to hear back as they make mention of detailed pics of how to do this)

Realize that I'm resurrecting a pretty old thread here as my first comment but hopefully this image is valuable enough to other people with this table that I won't be roasted too horribly.
I used chatGPT to create the gear diagram from the two pictures that I took. Then I used my super awesome MS Paint skills to draw the string path. Note this is the view of the underside of that gear. If you were to take the gear and lift it up and look up under it or if it was transparent on the underneath this is the view that you would see. To further drive that home I drew in where the little black guide pulley is, and I colored the string coming in as blue and going out as green, defining the one coming in as the one that actually wraps around one revolution.
Included one of your original pictures that I colored the string blue and green accordingly.

I'm imagining OP already figured this out and resolved this but hopefully it'll help some others down the line.

ps. I'm also in search of the manual, which Vinyl Engine has at https://www.vinylengine.com/library/hitachi/ht-l33.shtml but that is just there as a tease because Gatekeeper's gonna to gatekeep.
